FOR EVERY FOUR LISTING APPOINTMENTS = 2 LISTINGS = 1 SALE
FOR EVERY THREE BUYER CONTRACTS WRITTEN = 1 SALE
Using above formula you should be making:
$8000 = 2 listing sales ave price $200K @ average 2%
$6000 = 1 buyer sale ave price $200K @ average 3%
$12600 = Total Commission monthly of $14000 minus 10% split
All of the above assumes that you are an average agent with average prospecting and conversion skills. Additional coaching may be required by an outside coach for conversion & prospecting skills if you find conversion is lower than average.
